Remember

I was in second period gym class with about 30 girls, we were playing volleyball when the teacher told us all to go back into the locker room, there was something on TV that we had to see.  We all stood in awe staring at the TV, watching the terrorist attack.  We couldn't believe what we saw.  A few girls said that it had to be hoax.  Other, like me, were just silent.  We were all thinking to our selves Why?  How?

I remember hearing stories on the news of people stuck out of the country and had to wait days for a flight into the United States, majority of the flights weren't even close to their home and then the people had to find some sort of transport across the country.  My parents have a friend that couldn't find a car rental place nearby with any inventory left, so they did the only thing they could think of and they bought a car.  They drove across country and then sold the car a week later.
